Royalties Module

The Royalties module is a standalone software solution which can also be used by companies that do not use other modules of the 4D Wand software suite. Full effect is achieved when using the Royalties module together with the Financial Accounting module, as calculations are automatically transferred into the financial posting journals.

The Royalties module enables:

• calculation of fees for members of assemblies and boards
• calculation of work-for-hire contracts
• calculation of royalties
• calculation of royalties for artists
• calculation of contributions for persons in professional training without establishing an employment relationship
• calculation for seconded employees
• calculation of scholarships
• …etc.

Within the module it is possible to create and print the JOPPD form in Excel based on the calculation data, as well as export the JOPPD form to the e-Tax portal. The module supports the creation and printing of payment orders, creation of a consolidated bank payment file based on recorded payment orders, export of a universal specification for personal income payments for the bank and for individual commercial banks (Zagrebačka banka, Raiffeisen banka, Podravska banka, etc.).
