The Cash Register Module is a standalone software solution and can also be used by companies that do not have other modules of the 4D Wand software package. The full effect is achieved when using the cash register together with financial accounting, as the entries are automatically transferred into the financial posting journals.

Cash register journals can be maintained not only in euros, but in any foreign currency. This means you can have as many open cash journals as the number of currencies you manage.

Transfers from the cash register into the financial posting journals are performed separately. Entries related to a specific currency are transferred both in that currency and in euros, using the middle exchange rate for the currency, unless another rate type is selected (buying, selling).

Cash journals are opened as needed, and support vouchers (cash receipts or cash disbursements), each containing the corresponding accounts.
