Payroll

The Payroll module is a standalone software solution that can also be used by companies which do not have the other modules of the 4D Wand software suite. In fact, it is a software application for payroll calculation. Full effect is achieved when using Payroll together with the Financial Accounting module, as payroll entries are automatically transferred to the financial posting journals. The main characteristics of this module are:

  • ability to define an unlimited number of earning types and deductions
  • free creation of calculation formulas
  • tracking calculations by cost centres with the option to print a cumulative report for a single month regardless of cost centre
  • possibility of automatic assigning or deletion of any earning type for all employees
  • possibility of creating calculations from gross salary amounts or net salary amounts
  • possibility of creating calculations using formulas based on hourly rates, points, length of service, various coefficients
  • ability to calculate loans
  • automatic creation of the JOPPD form in Excel based on payroll data
  • ability to export the JOPPD form to the e-Tax portal
  • salary payments can be tracked by banks (bank-specific payroll specifications)
  • ability to create payment orders
  • ability to create and send a consolidated bank payment file from previously generated payment orders
  • ability to export a universal specification for payment of personal income
  • ability to create and send SEPA payment files for payroll to commercial banks
  • ability to automatically generate the Payroll Certificate (Form R-1)
  • ability to automatically generate Form RAD-1G
  • ability to print and export the IP form
  • printouts and reconciliations required by legislation
  • ability to automatically post payroll into the 4D Wand Financial Accounting module…

Payroll calculation within the 4D Wand information system is very simple. Before creating the first payroll calculation, it is necessary to define and populate all registers:

  • Master data: define employees, work types, professional, educational and required qualifications, commercial banks, creditors, etc.
  • Payment types: earnings, compensations, deductions, calculation formulas
  • Define the basic settings in the parameters of the Payroll module

Once the first payroll is created, each subsequent payroll, if there are no changes, can be copied, and the calculation can be completed in just a few minutes.
